(товары, которые, согласно закону "О продаже товаров" 1979 г., на дату подписания договора купли-продажи еще не произведены, напр., будущий урожай, или еще не приобретены продавцом, в результате чего они подлежат поставке в будущем; данный закон различает товары по основанию существования на существующие и будущие, однако в английском праве по этому основанию товары делятся еще также на специфицированные и неиндивидуализированные)
б) амер. (согласно Единообразному торговому кодексу США, товары, которых еще не существует)
